Although I'm sure just a list of names from you would be awesome by itself, I can't imagine being as interested as I am in hearing your thoughts. I'm glad to get back to this after missing you from RV, and am so excited that you teamed up with Shawn for Stealing Bananas. Thanks for all that you share with us.
What you're saying might also be equivalent to 'the eyeball test'. That's what I feel when I watch AJ Brown. No argument against him can override the signal my eyes send to my brain. My brain then translates this to tacit knowledge with no need for thought. Of course this same eye to brain link gets me in trouble from time to time but I wouldn't have it any other way.
It's also quite similar to Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart's famous definition of "obscene" material in the 1964 case of Jacobellis vs. Ohio: "I know it when I see it."
Ben. I love the analysis!!! Love reading your advanced take. As a subscriber, how can i quickly find your ranks? I like start somewhere and what better place?! Thanks!!
I see you have Antonio Gibson as a target and Brian Robinson as an avoid. Do you have any thoughts on the possibility of B-Rob taking some of the receiving work in Bienemy's offense? He figures to be the lead back and had receptions in his last year of college. I think he's an interesting guy as someone who could showcase a little something different in his first year fully healthy after getting shot last year.
Short version is that's a tough path to forecast when the rest of his profile isn't great, either. He wasn't an explosive runner last year, and the team doesn't figure to be super high scoring, so his TDs could lack. When I hear about adding receptions, I'm usually skeptical, but for someone like Nick Chubb where the rushing efficiency and TDs already project solid, I'm starting to at least pay attention. With Robinson, some more receiving doesn't really make him an elite profile or anything, so I don't see a major need to chase that possibility.
Hi Ben. Been listening to stealing bananas podcast this year and last. Enjoyed the work you and siegle do on there. Just subscribed. Laughed a bunch at the Don’t draft RBs ever strategy in a recent podcast. Looking forward to learning some new stuff.
New subscriber for 2022. I have enjoyed your work with Shawn in stealing bananas pod(2022 Rotoviz subscriber as well). Keep up the great work and looking forward to a fun 2022 NFL season. As a auction drafter, your contingency based draft articles speak to me.
Maybe you’ve seen this elsewhere. Currently in an Underdog best ball twelve teamer. #4 drafter has taken three top QBs in the first five rounds. Others are taking QBs now far ahead of ADP. This is not a Superflex. While I dislike suspecting a prank it bothers me more than it should and some pimply Loser in mom’s basement is chuckling. I love that “value is falling to me” and have opportunities to stack in later rounds. Feel sorry for Loser that they have been hurt somewhere else and take it out on others. Anyone else have perspectives on this?
Ben, I chart my Fantasy Expenses for the year to include subscription costs. I have a hard ceiling that I won't go over (even though this is very difficult for me to stick to). Any idea on what Stealing Signals will cost this season? I just like reading your insight and articles. I think last year was $55 but do realize how much time you put into these really helpful articles.
Ben, would love your thoughts on this CMC trade and the implications for his fantasy production going forward. My first inclination was to trade him to my 49ers homer friend who happens to have Austin Eckler. Straight up. 49ers clearly have a better offense and will score more TDs but I find it hard to imagine he will have a role so full of opportunity as he did while in Carolina. Thanks, Jay
I enjoy reading Stealing Signals and appreciate the insight. I would like to see a Bestball recap after the tournaments are finished on the winning data.

...is this the third year of you doing this?
My absolute favorite fantasy football analysis. You get at a lot of why this game is fun in the first place. Here's to a good season!
I started this newsletter in 2020. Prior to that, I worked at CBS and started even earlier at RotoViz. I wrote my first article back in 2015.

Coming back for my Sophomore year Ben. When the student is ready…the teacher will appear. Class is back in session!
I just started subscribing this year to the newsletter and are looking forward to become a better season long and DFS player.

Hey Ben. I've tried the link to join the Discord chat but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?
